Jobs2Rely ("we," "us," "our") is an autonomous AI job search agent based in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using Jobs2Rely at www.jobs2rely.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Jobs2Rely is an autonomous agent that runs on your behalf. By design, it:
Jobs2Rely does not submit applications or send messages without your explicit action. All drafts are presented in your dashboard for review before any outreach.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via our contact page.
You agree to provide accurate profile information. The quality of resume drafts, match scores, and outreach messages depends directly on the accuracy and completeness of your profile.
Jobs2Rely offers three tiers:
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
If you use the Copilot plan, you provide your own API keys from third-party AI providers (such as Mistral, Groq, or others). You are solely responsible for:
We store your API keys in encrypted form and never use them for any purpose other than running your pipeline stages.
You agree not to:
Resume and cover letter drafts are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing all drafts for accuracy before use. Do not submit any material that contains inaccurate claims about your experience or qualifications.
The Jobs2Rely platform, software, and design are our property. You retain full ownership of all profile content, resume content, and career information you provide. We do not claim ownership over materials generated from your profile.
You grant us a limited licence to process your profile data for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jobs2Rely and Rahul Gautam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting us via our contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy, then deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
